WHOTS Responds to the BIS Consumer Landscape Review

The Government's Department of Business Innovation and Skills has recently consulted on proposed wholesale change to the consumer protection framework within the UK. The Consumer Landscape Review will result in changes in the way in which Trading Standards is delivered, including the provision of advice to consumers. The Wales Heads of Trading Standards have replied to the consulation on behalf of the Trading Standards Service in Wales.
